Distal Bicep Pain

I’m having Distal Bicep pain for the past 2 weeks now. I’ll head to my Doc to see what he suggests but I wanted to get input from people that have experienced this before. Of course I dont want it to get worse.

What should I do to Rehab it?

What other routines do you suggest that I can do to at least maintain my bodies strength?

No way do i want to stop lifting, just rehab and change my routine.

What does your current training regimen look like?

this is one of those pain in the arse kind of injuries where a bunch of stuff can aggravate it.
