I just started using BCAA’s about a month ago. They’re great. To avoid dealing with trying to swallow pills during my workout, as suggested by Poliquin and Thibs, I think, I take half the dosage before and half the dosage afterwards my workout.
I also consume a peri-workout drink.
If I dissolve the BCAA’s in the workout drink, will that affect the nutrition at all? I tried it once and it tasted like Alka-Seltzer, but I couldn’t tell if that was from the BCAA’s spoiling or just from the fact that they just taste like Alka- Seltzer.
I would like to dissolve in the drink if it wouldn’t affect their benefits.
