I plan to continue upper body work as much as possible, mostly with selectorized machines and maintain my body comp with diet and BCAA"S.
What’s the best way to maintain strength during this time? I dont have access to stim so I was thinking of ISO exercises for my good leg (right). Maybe Standing ISO leg curl and ISO one legged machine squats.
