Well, it’s hard to have an actual training plan since my schedule is all sorts of messed up. I’ve a jump on Monday, was told this morning. I’ll just go back to basics. 5x5 on them compounds till I figure shit out.

Well fuck, 2 plate deadlifts for 5x5 felt hard? Jesus Christ, I’m so bent out of shape, it’s not even funny. I Guess that’s what happens when you spend 3 weeks in the jungle doing pretty much nothing.
