Direct Arm Work on Lower Body Days?

I’m thinking of adding poundstone curls on squat days and direct tricep work or another curl on deadlift days, is this allowed as my upper bench day already has direct back work accessories


Everything is allowed dude. This is lifting weights and you are an adult

I say feed the pythons brother! They don’t really cost much recovery-wise and the extra work will most definitely help give you bigger pipes! I say the same for pull ups. Do them every session. Your back can take a lot of punishment and they are easy to recover from. I like to cycle between weighted and unweighted. It’s time to get nasty with it brotherrrrrr
