A few years ago when I was playing good hockey, I started chewing Copenhagen much to the shagrin of my bottom lip. I never got into smoking too much (for cardio-vascular reasons) but I know chewing can’t be too good for me either. I get a pretty good buzz going when I chew but I was wondering if this hurt my metabolism. I heard through the grapevine that it does, but nothing concrete. What about T-levels too?
