After taking 200mg a night of DIM ive cut my E2 from 55-44.
I’ve seen some posts on Reddit that say DIM can interfere with Test as well. Any thoughts on this?
DIM affects the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, if anything it’s promotes more testosterone since less is converting over to estrogen. It’s probably a very small amount though.

I understand DIM helps with estrogen metabolism and balancing the good and bad estrogens, but can we somehow clarify the studies that say DIM is a potent anti-androgen?
Supposedly it binds to androgen receptors interfering with testosterone.
Can anyone comment on this?
I’ve taken 200 mg a day for about a month and can’t really say I feel different one way or another. Maybe less acne then before.

It’s difficult to know where a fluctuation ends and a decrease in estrogen due to DIM starts.

There is research showing DIM is anti-androgenic at higher dosages, but they focus on prostate cancer cells. Taking a low dosage (100-200mg) should be fine.
