Digestive Problems with Whey

I’m starting to get some digestive problems from whey protein, can anyone recommend any alternatives?

Have you tried whey isolate? Some people can’t digest whey concentrate, but isolate is fine.

I sometimes use a vegan protein blend of pea, brown rice and hemp. The bio availability is good and the taste isn’t bad provided you add some fruit to your shakes. I’ve tried a bunch of brands and would recommend just getting an inexpensive one. Price does not seem to be a good indicator of quality for that product.

Egg protein, beef protein powder like carnivor, casein, milk protein, quinoa protein. If you can’t handle powders then eat normal food that has protein.
