After reading up on supplemental digestive enzymes, they seem like a good idea to take. My concern is this - with the presence of enzymes at digestion time, will the body see them and produce lower amounts of its own?
Most people don’t need them. I started taking them and it screwed up my system bad. I didn’t know what was going on for a week until I read a warning about digestive enzymes that described the same symptoms that I had. If you take em and can’t get off the toilet then you’ve wasted your money.
No, that’s not a legitimate concern. Try them and see if you feel a benefit.
