Afternoon all,
I’ve been lactose intolerant for years which i manage by avoiding too much diary and drinking lactose free milk (its called that but it actually just contains lactase).
I recently tried some digestive enzymes with lactase in them with my whey protein to see if that helped absorption and its made the world of difference to my digestion overall.
There’s not many supplements that i can physically notice a difference with but this is one.
Just wondering if others use these and if they take them before food, or with them etc.
