Digestion speed post-workout

We’ve been told how digestion from the stomach is slowed during and after weighttraining because the blood is away from the stomach and in the muscles. I have two questions for everybody: (1) How long does this slowed-digestion last after weighttraining? (2) Does this slowing of digestion occur after moderate-intensity cardio as well, and if so, how long does this last? Thanks everybody, Brian
