Different Workouts?

I am about to start my first deca/d-bol cycle and am curious as to whether i should just stick with basic training like CW’s SOB program, or should I be doing something more like a pyramid scheme?

An example of which would be:

4 x 10,8,6,4
Day 1: Chest/Calves
4-5 Exercises Per Muscle Group

D-bol: weeks 1-5
Deca: weeks 1-10

you may/may noy experience problems w/ erections while on, but you most definitely will when you come off if your pct isn’t spot on.
This cycle will require a good 4-6 wks of pct to get you started.

This is usually what I do:

Week 1-4 High-Volume (somthing like GVT)
Week 5-8 High-Intensity (more powerlifting style)
Week 9-10 Active Recovery

(this is based on a 8 week cycle)

You should research your cycle more first… may not be the best choice. Whats the dosage? What else do you have access to?

What about recovery of endocrine system?
