Different W/O's for Fat Burning

I was looking for a list of aerobic exercise or in the case of sprinting non-aerobic exercises that burns fat best.


  1. Swimming = x amount
  2. Sprinting = x amount
  3. Slow jog = x amount
  4. Jump rope = x amount
  5. Weightlifting = x amount
  6. ETC


I also remember reading somewhere that swimming is not a very good fat burner due to the fact that it does not allow enough oxygen which is key in lipolysis?
