I am curious as to what changes in the lift when you use different grips.
Currently I Bent over row at a full 90degree bend and row up with wrists facing out, very wide grip.
What muscle stimulation changes with overhand grip?
What changes if I change my angle?
I am having very fast growth in my lats, and its creating a pretty wicked V. But curious on what would change if I mix it up a bit.
