Are the Russian strength skill-skill workouts article and the optimal strength training for the natural athlete article the same? i see both mention the strength-skill method but i am slightly confused as to which is which? i apologize for the confusion CT.
Strength-skill is anything that is done with a fairly heavy weight (80-85% normally) but with a submaximal effort (so every rep is solid and you are not drained after a set). The “Russian” thing in the title was decided by the editors because it is based on how Russian Olympic lifters train.
