Difference Between Lifts

What is the difference between your lifts from the hang and from the floor?

Just wondering where others are at.

My best snatch from the floor is 112 and my best from the hang is 106.5 = 95%
My best clean from the hang is 130 and my best from the floor is 145 = 90%
Where are you guys at?

i dont train the olympic lifts any more, but i was very good at the hang lifts.

best hang snatch was 120 and my best from the floor was also 120. also did 122.5 from the high blocks.

for clean, best from the floor was 137.5 and best from the floor was 145

most people I trained with were not as good from the hang, and/or stronger from the floor
