Hey everyone,I was watching the video for the Phase 1 day 3 workout, and I am having trouble differentiating the difference between the High Power Pull and the Upright Row. The only difference i could see was the on the upright row, he seemed to keep the bar further away from his chest, only about an inch or so. The power pull seemed to be close if not on his chest when he finished. If anyone can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it!
