I'm 5'9" and weigh 195lbs. When I started lifting I wieghed about 155lbs and skinny so I decided to due a couple of cycles. It's been about 6 years since I've done that and during those 6 years only lifted on and off. I finally decided to start dedicating myself and I would like to get down to 170 -175lbs if possible. I'm currently taking 5 protien shakes a day and maybe I'll have some tuna or chicken. If I do this for a month or so while working out and doing cardio will I lose some of this weight? Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
5 shakes a day??? Are you eating anythign else? What about fruit and veges?

Good luck and don't be too extreme. Do the right thing 90% of the time and you'll get awesome results. Do it 100% of the time and you'll burn out.
