Is there a minimum requirement for how much salt I should be eating? I’m really wondering because I’m getting about nothing from my diet right now.
Salt is a crutial electrolyte much like potassium. It aids in various health aspects, hydration etc. Saslt up bro, only those with a pre existing healthy condition, uber high BP should be worried. Working out, sweating, etc your losing a lot of sodium. Be liberal dont have to go crazy 9like me, i love salt) but be sure to get it in your diet,
Thanks a lot I guess that means I’ll have to put some salt in my shake or on my veggies. Oh well
