Trying to loss fat without starving.I’m 330 pounds and work out and can’t seem to loss the fat around my abs and waist.

Read the “diet manifesto” article at T-mag, pick a diet, throw in MD6 for extra help and go to work.

Diet Manifesto by Chris Shugart…train with weights at least 3x a week with 20 minutes of cardio thrown in right after. Add a fat burner like MD6, Ripped Fuel, Hydroxycut, BetaLean, etc. DIET is the key…please read the article, do a search on this site! Good luck bro…let us know how you progress.–maclar
