I think I should sue them for plagarism ... their sample diet was almost spot on to what I had planned to eat for today ... except instead of turkey I had tuna but the avocado and just about everything else was spot on.

Yeah, sounds very scientific.

As for myself, I'm more of a Paleo Diet guy. Considering that my diet is primarily lean meat, eggs, fresh vegetables and fruits, nuts and seeds, it is quite anabolic and anti-estrogenic. www.thepaleodiet.com

You hear a lot about plastics and other "everyday" things that put estrogen into our bodies... I'd think finding a comprehensive/accurate list of things to avoid might have the same result...

...anyone have such a list?
