Diet to Increase Testosterone

What do you think of this diet?

the anabolic diet sounds better IMO

LOL... that's a diet?

I think I should sue them for plagarism ... their sample diet was almost spot on to what I had planned to eat for today ... except instead of turkey I had tuna but the avocado and just about everything else was spot on.

"Eat enough, but not too much. Eat some fat and dietary cholesterol, but not noo much. Eat broccoli. Don't drink too much alcohol. Eat lots of carbs, but not too much fiber. Eat some protein, but not too much. Too much protein makes you pee out testosterone."

Yeah, sounds very scientific.

Mike Mahler has a great e-book called "Optimizing Hormones via nutrition, training, and lifestyle" available at http://www.mikemahler.com/.

In it, he recommends the Anti-Estrogenic Diet by Ori Hofmekler, which can be previewed and ordered at http://www.antiestrogenicdiet.com/.

As an aside, TC once interviewed Ori Hofmekler. It was that interview, by the way that first brought me to T-Nation. http://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance_interviews/the_warrior_diet_an_interview_with_penthouse_editor_ori_hofmekler

As for myself, I'm more of a Paleo Diet guy. Considering that my diet is primarily lean meat, eggs, fresh vegetables and fruits, nuts and seeds, it is quite anabolic and anti-estrogenic. www.thepaleodiet.com

You hear a lot about plastics and other "everyday" things that put estrogen into our bodies... I'd think finding a comprehensive/accurate list of things to avoid might have the same result...

...anyone have such a list?

Here ya go.

I like the see food diet myself.
