I am pretty new at the nutrition aspect of training. I am looking for a dietary plan that I can use for more than 12 weeks. I have lost some weight using the V-diet and I am looking to continue a healthy lifestyle and would appreciate any article suggestions.
I need a plan with a lot of choices as I like to cook and I get tired of eating the same thing over and over again. Thanks in advance.
