Hi fellow T-maggers. How does an endomorphic (maybe a bit mesomorphic) guy like me plan my diet in mass phase and diet phase. What type of nutrient ratios you recommed. I am 22 with 184lbs and bf% 10-13. I gain weight, but it’s too often and too much fat. Thanks for your help.
