Diet Questions

I am at 170lb and 9% -10% body fat . I have beeb using a low carb low gi approach and went from 13% to 9% . However, I hacve platued. ANy ideas on how to break this plateu? I have been running the stadium and using a wave workout , as well as a using holy basil to cut cortisol.

X2. I went through a period where I was low (0 from starchy carbs) ALL the time. I leaned up, but hit a plateau and just couldn’t seem to lose any more BF at all. That, combined with feeling horrible (no energy) all of the time, convinced me to try integrating refeeds. I’ll usually have a giant refeed every Sunday, and it’s made a world of difference in my body comp and energy levels.

Don’t be afraid of carbs when cutting!
