Is it true that having a P+F meal after a P+C leads to fat gains? So should I have all my P+F meals 1st? If so what would you have for your bedtime meal? Surely not P+C. Myabe just protein. Sorry for all the questions but all the help is much apprecieted. Thank you

You should have 2-3 hours between meals. I think John was originally alternating P+C and P+F but then went to P+C in the AM and P+F in the PM. Your last meal of the day should be a slow digesting protein source + fat which will also slow your digestion and help carry you through night.
