Diet Question- Major Bulk

Hi,

I already posted my pics and workout in the Physique and Performance photos section, now I just wanted to get some advice on my diet. As I said in my other posts I'm looking to gain as much weight as possible this summer (and if all goes well possibly continue bulking through the beginning of next school year).

Here's my diet. Any comments on improving it are more than welcome:

Stats: 5'7' 148lbs. 11%BF
Calories per day: 3250
Carbs: 365g
Protein: 325g
Fat: 55g

I'm estimating that I would do well with a 45/40/15 ratio of Carbs/Proteins/Fats does this sound right or should I have higher carbohydrate to protein ratio?

I've already started the diet and feel a lot more energy but if there's anything I need to tweak let me know.

I'd go with more fats maybe. I wouldn't go believe 20% if you're attempting to acheive mass.

Gotcha, I was thinking that maybe I wouldn't be getting enough fats.

If you are bulking your caloric intake is extremely low. Look up Berardi's calculator for massive eating and follow it. You will see you are at least 1000 calories low. While bulking you don't really need to worry about your ratios as much unless you are competing or seriously trying to stay lean.
