i am looking to loose some weight and decrease body fat %, and wanted to to test the velocity diet LITE now.
my problem is that because of my bad office hours i don’t get to train until 7 or 8 at night and now i don’t how to handle nutrition after training.
i get home around 9p.m. normally have my post workout shake and about an hour later I eat a full meal before i go to bed at 12…
should i simply take 2 shakes following each other within an hour or is their another way to solve this??
