What is your favorite precontest natural BodyBuilding diet?
Hey, tat. Most people who get to the point of competing really know their body and how to diet down. Everybody responds differently to dieting down, so the approaches are different, obviously.
A number of competitors will hire someone to diet them down and manage the last week of sodium loading and depleting, fat loading and carb depleting and loading. Brain chemistry gets a bit screwy the closer you get to “essential” BF levels, and people will start second-guessing themselves and often make really stupid mistakes based on fear or emotion, rather than logic, looks and/or physiology.
Hopefully, with my reply/bump some competitors or ex-competitors will stop by with a REAL answer. (grin)
