Diet Plan

Currently i'm 180 lbs and have been following this diet to help gain some mass. Think i'm getting enough calories?

Meal 1

2 peices fruit
2 cups milk
1 scoop whey

Meal 2

12 oz lean ground beef
ff cheese
1 tablespoon olve oil
califlower

Meal 3

1 can tuna
1 scoop protein
spiniach
1 tablespoon olive oil

Meal 4
8 egg whites
1 scoop whey
1 oatmeal
1 slice WW bread
FF cheese
cauliflower

Meal 5
1 apple
1 oatmeal
1 cup milk
2 scoops whey

Meal 6
veggies
2 scoops peanut butter
2 whole eggs
1 scoop whey
1 tablepoon olive oil

Post workout shake is 2 scoops whey, 5 grams creatine and dextrose.

Think this is more of a cutting diet than bulking? Or should I just add a few more calories throughout the day?

I'm not going to bother to try and figure out the calories or macro breakdown, so it's tough to answer.

The real key is are you seeing gains? If you aren't, add more food. If you are, then you're fine.

Pretty simple heh?
