Im starting my first cycle of test e for 12 weeks 500mg per week, cycle and pct ready.

what should my diet be like if i want to gain the maximum amount of muscle while not bloating much on the cycle.

BF around 12-13%

weight 183 pounds

height 5’8

at maintenance 3000 cals 40/40/20 protein fats carbs

i know fats are high but iv remained lean and noticed an increase in vascularity white not gaining fat on this diet.
