What was your diet like while training with the Superhero program? Or what would be the best diet to follow while wanting to stay lean while puting lean muscle mass on?
1) Three scoops of radiation per day, minimum.
2) Plenty of exposure to a yellow sun.
3) Avoid kryptonite (it is extremely catabolic).
I'm sure it would depend on what you were doing previously, but I definitely wouldn't reccomend cutting any calories. You're going to NEED a lot of fuel just to maintain.
I am currently doing this workout, and I've found that I can't seem to eat enough!!! EAT EAT EAT is my advice - as long as you're eating SMART too. I think Thib's carb cycling would be a good idea.
