First off, thank you for putting in the time to deliver these training programs to us. Loved I, Bodybuilder and now I'm looking to get started on this program.
As far as diet is concerned, I would like to stay somewhat lean year round, putting on lean mass slowly but surely. I know I will need a surplus of calories but I have never done well with a high carb diet.
Would something like the "Anabolic Diet" benefit me, w/ carbs only coming through peri-workout window?
Any help from you, along with anyone else would be great.
