Diet Help

Hi, i’m new here.
i was looking for some diet help, i’m 5"4, 70kg, and looking to bulk up without cutting (I play rugby.) Ofcourse, while doing this i would like to get SOME definition.
The only catch is, i’m not what you’d call a typical eater.
my diet consists around potatoes, chicken, and other white and red meats. I am allergic to sea food, and was wondering whether any one would be able to help me…?
