Please see attached. Is this a good diet to shed some weight?

Current Lifts:Squat: 152.5kgBench: 100kgDeadlift: 160kg
All depends on what your maintenance calories are.
looks all great and dandy on paper besides your small miscalculation for 50g whey = 40g protein. The real question is do you actually follow it day in and day out? if so i'd kill myself
That's about normal for every whey I've ever owned.
Yeah i worked it out off the back of the packet. Anyone got a quick calculation to work out maintenance?
