Diet Help Please

I’m about 5’7", weigh just under 160 lbs, probably round 10 or 11% BF. How is this looking for my diet? i’m looking to cut.

8:00-9:00 AM
3 whole eggs
3 egg whites
1/2 green pepper
1 cup chickpeas
handful of spinach
10 snap pea pods

10:30 Lift

11:15
PWO
1 scoop protein
1 large banana

12:30
1 can tuna
2/3 cup of oatmeal

2:30
3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp flax seed

5:00
1 chicken breast
10 pea pods
1 cup broccoli
1 cup chickpeas
1 tbsp olive oil

1/3 cup mixed nuts

i’m looking at about 2200 cals a day. any help is appreciated, thanks.

real food after 5pm??? where is it??

maybe a lil light on fats id perfer more fruit as well.

whats the goal in cutting if at 10-11% at 160??

Why are you cutting?

I don’t think you should go above 8 pea pods with your breakfast if you want to make progress.

Seriously though: Why are you cutting? You’re pretty light and lean. just curious…

well i suppose i’m already fairly lean, but i haven’t actually had the measurements done. i’m just looking to get below 10%, no real reason i suppose.
