I have a few questions to ask yal about my bulking diet that ihave going on. I currently weigh about 187lb and have about 9ish perfecnt body fat. I have an extreamly hard time gaining weight so i have been eating a TON of “good” foods. I just wanted to go voer what i eat suring the day and see if you think its enough/to much
9:30 Wake up And eat a huge bowl of either Oatmeal with splenda or cerial with a protien shake.
10:30 a lil bit of turky or protien shake
1:20 I eat a huge lunch cause i have a meal plan at my cafateria.
-10 egg whites 2 yellows
-Big turkey sandwhich with a ton of turky
-Large bowl of pasta with red sauce and parmision cheese. With this i eat 2 hamburger patties mixed in with it. and a banana
i lift at 3
430: Surge recovery drink with some Biotest creatine and a scoop of protien
630 dinner time!
usually very similar to lunch
8 egg whites
Lots of pasta
maybe a hamburger pattie
(sometimes thisvarries with other meats chicken/ham/yat yata yaa)
And some form of a green veggy
10 ill have some yogurt or cottage cheese
12: I make a shake using
1/4 a jar of natural penut butter, 1 percent milk, oatmeal, and 40 grams of protien powder. And i drink this as im going in bed.
I have been doing this diet for almost 5 months (iv been doing the penut butter thing for close to a year) and even without any cardio i have only gone up a few percent bodyfat. from 6 to about 8 while gainging a good bit of weight.
BUT id like yall to look over this and see if its alright. I am currently using the Superhero workout from this site as well. Thanks for any advice!
