Hello all, I am looking to start the Super Hero Complex next week. I was wondering, what would be a good diet to follow while on the complex? I was thinking going on more of a low carb diet with carbs in the morning pre and post workout. What do you guys advise I go with?
I would suggest that you eat. Clean food (90%minimum clean) and lots of it. You see, nobody knows your body like you do. Make adjustment as needed, and learn as you go.
Ok, Thanks I usually eat carbs before and after training I will continue with that to see how i feel.
I was trying to keep carbs under 100 grams, but had to boost them up to 140g.
Really an impossible question to answer. What works for one (in regard to fat-loss) won’t work for another. That said, as a rule of thumb, I have my clients take in their carbs during the peri-workout period only. Trial and error will dictate how many you can handle. Start with 100 grams and adjust from their. Again, though, this is not set in stone…
