I was browsing the internet and found an incredible site for tracking both your daily food intake AND weight.
You can customize and enter in the nutritional content of every meal you eat (as well as choose from hundreds already on the site). So, everytime you have that meal (cottage cheese and MRP), it’s already saved in your account.
The site keeps track of the foods you’ve eaten for the day and breaks it down into a pie chart and a table (carbs, fiver, protein, fats, etc.)
At any rate, for anyone, like myself, who hates to write and relies on the internet/technology, I thought I’d throw this site out there. This may have been posted before, but I haven’t seen it.
Let me know what your thoughts are. Is this easier or going against all that is holy on this site?
