Different people respond to different things. Personally, I think the plan that works best is the one you can stick with.
That said, a lot of people here have had good success with T-dawg 2.0. It’s not too carb restrictive, includes tasty, healthy fats, and is just plain effective.
Be focused, keep a food log, and make sure your protein and fat sources are clean, and you’ll do fine.
T-Dawg for the first weeks, then JBs 'Dont diet' plan seems to work better for me.
