Hey everyone i seem to have encountered a problem with looking cut. My body fat is below 8% and i have a pretty good build. however i feel because of the way my skin looks its not smooth and its kind of not consistently toned, i dont have that ripped look. is there anything i can do to make my thin skinner and hug my muscles more.
Anything to eat or supplement? I know i can go lower in body fat but still at the point im at i expect much greater visual results.
