I am just about to finish my eighth week on the T-Dawg diet. I really like the rip it gave me and I want to keep it. My concern is, I’m kind of scared of carbs now, but I’m getting sick of eating nothing but greasy bacon, eggs, hamburger patties, etc. How can I stay lean when coming off this diet? Also, I was wondering if anyone has tried the Anabolic Diet, Delta 1250, or the Warrior Diet. Which one would be best for staying lean and gaining some mass? I want to start Ian King’s Great Guns program and want to get the most out of it as possible. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
