Diet Coke and V-Diet?

This may have been asked before but Would it be alright when I get a bad sugar fix to drink a small glass of Diet coke. No calories and no sugar so seems like it woudld be alright?

Frankly I think I need it to stay sane…although since I’m not drinking it with meals, I’ve noticed that my intake has reduced dramatically. I also use chicken broth when I’m craving salt.

Salt = Is necessary, more for some than others.

Coke = get rid of it. Deal with your sugar addiction.

Don’t do it man!!! (The v diet that is…)

Doesn’t the v diet contain fake sugar? What’s the difference?

I don’t know about V Diet recommendations. Look, there are a few sweeteners that are ok. Xylitol is actually pretty good. Stevia is probably ok occasionally, as is stuff like malitol. Of course, honey has some great enzymes, etc, so small amounts is ok. Other than that, sugar, corn sweeteners, and other sugar replacements are shit, bad shit.

Just follow the diet to the T. Nothing to worry about. If you don’t get the results you want at the end of the 4 (actually, 6) weeks, you’re getting to be kicking yourself in the ass for drinking the diet coke.
