I did the neurotyping test a few days ago, however the test results are pretty tight (Predominantly 1B and secondary 2B).
I wanted to know how to choose the right diet and the right training. Do I have to focus more on neurotype 1B or make a compromise between the 2?

That is indeed a very tight result. Very similar to my wife and she responds better to 1B workouts and dieting (the dieting for 1B and 2Bs is fairly similar though). However a 2A approach could work well too, basically with 1As I alternate between a 2B block and a 1B block and go back and forth
