I’ve been dieting in ernest since early January using JB’s nutrition plan. I have not quite reached my goal but have started to experience declining strength. When I first started to eat correctly and use HOT-ROX, I experienced what I thought were amazing strength gains while still losing fat.
I’m 48 years old, 202 lbs. and 10 to 12 percent body fat (down from 230 pounds and 28 to 30 percent fat three years ago when I found your web site).
My question is would this be a good time to use some of my stash of MAG-10? If so, should I stop using HOT-ROX or not while I’m using MAG-10 since I still have a small roll of fat around my middle that I would like to lose? Do you have another suggestion?
