hey im 30 yrs old, have been working out on and off for 15 yrs but with no real set routine. im 5’6 and 205, deceint build but got a belly i would like to loose. you have any links to a good diet and work out plan to help me loose some pounds and keep muscle beside the V-Diet? i know this might be asking alot, but any help would be appreciated
