Diet Advice to Get Back After Surgery?

So tomorrow im going to get gynecomastia surgery (pubertal kind, always been natty) and was wondering which diet will bring me back to actual strength and mass the fastest way after I’ll recover and be able to train! Experience or opinions would help a lot… generally the foods I eat the most are:
Ground meat, basmati rice, bananas, whey, natural peanut butter, kellogs extra cereal, pasta, fresh mozzarella cheese… fav cheat meal are double cheeseburgers and pizza (classic being an italian).
