Diet Advice for New Career?

Ive posted recently about my new career and how I’m going to change the way I train, in short how should i be eating when I’m doing 50 mins hard conditioning training of all types as well as 1 hour of heavy lifting split between early afternoon and evening around 6 pm , I have already cut out obvious crap and I’m doing 1g of protein per lb be, any advice on this ?
