Progress pics work best if you do the same pose in each pic. It's easier to compare. Also, don't "try" to pose. Stand relaxed with your arms at your sides for a more honest look (basically like the last pic you posted).
Calipers and bodyfat percentages don't matter. They're random numbers. What matters is your actual appearance, how clothes fit, measurements, and how you do in the gym.
What's your height and current weight? What did you weight 3.5 weeks ago before you started the plan?
Most people can see veins when their muscles are pumped, so that doesn't really count.
Again, it doesn't really matter. But you're easily still more than 20%.
People see fat loss results with both methods.
I'm not 100% familiar with the Renegade Diet, but if it's the one by Jason Ferruggia, he knows his stuff, so you should be on track if you actually follow whatever the plan is.
