90% better -feeling much better today than the past 4 days.

incline db curls
15x20, 25x10, 30x10, 35x10, 40x10, 45x5
Squats
45x10,10, 135x5, 225x5, 315x1, 405x1, add wraps- 495x4, remove wraps- 325x18
i ended up lying on the floor for about 10 minutes after this. i guess my body wasn’t ready for this much yet? or maybe I’m just not used to this being in the front of the session?
Lying leg curls
these were a mistake. the whole time i felt like i was holding in breakfast.

laid on floor for another 10 minutes. i was struggling…
Abs- stiff lying reverse crazy legs- 20,20,16,10
got some sugar in me and started feeling better. I’m glad there is still candy left over from halloween
