Yes to the topic.

Any idea who your county went for last time? Solid blue or red? Swingish?[/quote]

I don’t think my county has ever voted solid blue, all of our county elected officials are Republican.

Yikes.

Nope, never have, probably never will.

I may be uneducated on the mattter (I’ll be honest):

  1. no matter who is president I live my life to the best I can and don’t see one guy changing it all that much
  2. no matter who is in there, they’re all corrupt
  3. I don’t follow politics close enough to give a valid vote, and I doubt I would agree with just one person on most issues
  4. 2 parties, really, that’s our choice? (yes, there are others, but they’ll never win)
  5. I just don’t care.

If it’s any consolation my polling place was a 45 min wait at 7 in the morning in a 60/40 red area…decent representation by both sides if you break things down demographically.

Americans exercising their right to vote.

Hmm, something seems off though. Can’t put my finger on it, but something doesn’t seem right…

My wait was about 40 minutes… Not to bad.

Well, just so you know #4 is a direct result of #3 & #5

It’s important to be clean shaven the day after your candidate loses–boosts morale a bit.

Isn’t that illegal?

Northern Virginia: Got in line at 7:30am, voted around 10:30am. Seriously, get more than 2 people checking IDs and 5 fucking voting machines.
